In-line with NHS Scotland’s evidence-based knowledge and skills framework for transforming psychological trauma, we agree that there is a need for organisations to be trauma informed. Whilst not everyone needs to be a trauma expert, to promote positive outcomes for those affected by childhood trauma, individuals need knowledge and skills appropriate to their position. As such, we’ve developed four levels of training:

Yes, upon completion of the course we will email you a certificate within 3 working days.

We believe anyone working with children and young people should be trauma aware. For those working in SEBD schools or Pupil Referral Units our level 2/3 courses would be more appropriate.
